Rachelle and Tillie haven't seen each other in a while and are having a bit of a catch up. Tillie has something she wants to show her friend - a set of heavy weight long chain clejuso cuffs which she has wanted for a while. Rachelle foolishly accepts Tillie's invitation to try them on and before she knows it her legs are being lifted like 'a puppet on a string' and her poor little feet are being tickled. Using the chain to control her slave Tillie punishes poor Rachelle over and over, tickling her bare-feet mercilessly! Eventually, Rachelle manages to turn away but has to fend Tillie off as she continues to try to get hold of those tootsies. Poor Rachelle has an strike of the shivers just thinking about more tickling and squirms, her cuffed feet wriggling. And before too long Tillie has her in her grasp again, lying on her stomach with Tillie putting her soles through the agony of tickle after tickle after tickle!
